Suggested long description:
---------------------------
MEGIK is an enhanced C development toolkit that lets you create
high-quality full-featured Graphical User Interface (GUI) applications
running portably on different platforms. It provides a wide range of
GUI features, including windows and menus, dialogs, controls (buttons,
edit fields, list boxes, combo boxes, scroll bars and more), drawing
tools, mouse and keyboard support, bitmaps, icons, fonts, timers, and
many others. Full event-driven architecture, yet considerably easier
and faster to program than native GUIs. Thoroughly documented, with
over 300 pages of on-disk comprehensive user's guide, reference manual
and additional documentation (all shipped as professional-looking
printed manuals upon registration). This release contains the DOS
Graphics version of MEGIK, which lets you create applications that run
in the plain DOS environment, with modern look-and-feel and powerful
functionalities, ready to be ported on Windows and OS/2 without
programming changes, and at a fraction of the cost you would spend
for retail solutions. Shareware (ASP).
